Erratum to: Quant Imaging Med Surg 2026;16:140.

In the published article entitled “Association between a novel ultrasound-based measure of plaque burden and cardiovascular risk: the P-SONAR study” (1), one institutional affiliation for the author Gunnar Austad was inadvertently omitted.

In addition to “Oslo University Hospital”, the author should also be affiliated with the University of Oslo, Faculty of Medicine, Oslo, Norway.

The correct authorship lineup should be presented as:
