Article Processing Charge
To cover the cost of publishing our journal, we gently ask authors with available resources such as research grants to pay this article processing charge (APC). The APC covers provision of online tools for editors and authors, article production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services, customer services, etc.
Authors with limited funding for research activities can write to QIMS Editorial Office to request for a half-price or full waiver during initial submission. Articles contributed by QIMS editorial members of this journal as the principle author will not be charged with APC (with QIMS editorial member being the first author or corresponding author. If the editorial member is not the first author, then first author and corresponding author usually have the same affiliation demonstrating that first author and the corresponding author are in the same team.). Authors' ability to pay publication fee will not be a consideration in the decision of whether to accept a manuscript.
